Eztariff.com, LLC was formed in 2001 and is a software development company derived from the marriage of GMTS (as described previously) and LynxDev, a software company situated in Toronto, Ont. Its principal focus is to market its Tariff Publishing and Service Contract Management software application to various transportation organizations. HRP is focused on the process of evaluating employees through the 360º process.
